surprised to see a legally registered motorcycle with SIDE CAR, all these while i always thought all 3 wheeled motorcycle will never approve by the authorities, wonder how the owner able to get these road legal....the Land Transport Dept should update & publish all their constant changing regulations, so that the public know what are they up against...
