DIY Protection..

Soon will travel on 100+ kms of Gravel Road, need to figure out ways to protect the front-end......


Headlamp Protector


1. get a Steel strainer from any department store, make sure it's the right size required, chopped out the handle part.





































2. give it some paint work to match the bike's color..














3.placed it on the headlamp and fastened it with a cut-off tire inner tube as a retainer to hold it in place...

Bash Plate

1. get a Aluminum plate with the right size and shape, marked & punched out the ventilation holes and holes for bold & nuts..

















































2. attached the plate together with steel light tube holders...































3. and just molded it on the bike with holder clipped in on top and bold-on with bold & nuts at the bottom....
